Stayed at a picturesque retreat that claimed to have a garden, but it was just a few sad plants in a corner. The shared lounge and kitchen were useful, except when I had to fight for fridge space with my fellow guests.
Oh, how I adored sitting sideways on the toilet and dancing around to do laundry. Truly, an experience to remember.

The complex was mind-blowing, with a super modern design and spacious rooms. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the living area was comfortable with a jaw-dropping flat screen smart TV. The wheelchair accessibility was impressive, and the en-suites were lovely. The showers were good, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space. The 24-hour security and support services provided peace of mind. The location was excellent for traveling around the county, and it was conveniently close to the city center. Despite being student accommodation, it was surprisingly clean, spacious, and quiet. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing everything we needed. Parking was plentiful, and the area felt safe and quiet. The free and fast Wi-Fi was a bonus. No pets were allowed, and smoking was not permitted on-site.

We had the whole 8 bedroom apartment to ourselves with en-suite rooms. The kitchen was spacious with multiple fridge/freezers, stoves, and microwaves. The free and fast wifi was a bonus. Despite being student accommodation, it was clean, quiet, and spacious.
The staff initially gave us a room for disabled people, which was uncomfortable with low sinks and no mirrors in the toilet. We reported the issues, but the staff only changed the sheets and didn't offer a refund.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. I appreciated the fact that the hotel provided towels and had good cooking facilities available. The location was also convenient, with a bus stop nearby and easy access to the city center.
There was no hand soap or toothbrush holder, and the bathroom light could not be switched off, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the room did not lock properly, despite multiple attempts to address the issue with the staff.
